Martin recently carried out a snagging survey on our new apartment and the overall service was outstanding. From start to finish he was professional, thorough and very easy to deal with. The survey itself was extremely thorough. Martin took his time to carefully inspect every part of the property and produced both an internal and external report, rather than rushing through the visit. The level of detail he went into gave us real confidence that nothing had been overlooked. The report we received was very clear, well structured and easy to understand. Each issue was supported with photographs, and where applicable he referenced the relevant standards so that we can present a strong and evidence‑based snagging list to the developer. This made the report genuinely practical, not just a list of comments. The snagging could not be completed in a single afternoon due to the size and complexity of the property.
